In my first published novel, DRAGON KING'S DAUGHTER, I narrate a transformational story in which shame becomes the source of power, strength and unconditional happiness.
To do this I share a holistic approach to recovery focusing equally on mind, body and spirit. It draws on ancient and contemporary wisdom that helped me to thrive throughout the ongoing journey of living with trauma.
